Which one? Sweeney, Gow, Gillies and Ritchie is not full of.............
But two of them came from our youth team.
Better to give our Academy boys more experience over Gillet!

RP - after your list of players you would NOT play, there is not enough left over to make a team!

I have only seen one game live this season and that was Wolves last Saturday.
Gillett and Elliott were the only 2 players who seemed to try that day.

Gillett - the NEW Lee Johnson ....

I rate Joe Bryan but to say he contributes mores than Wagstaff is idiotic <doh>

Personally think wagstaff has a better contribution.
Joe is frightened to death to try and go past players.

Joe Bryan doesn't have the right mentality to go past players, nor does he have the ability

He's lucky he's from our academy or he'd be slaughtered left right and centre

I like Wagstaff and feel the team is missing him these last 2 games. Interestingly whenever he scores we have not lost. Probably given it a kiss of death now <laugh>

Bryan does have the abilty to go past players, he has a step over, side step, feint, shimmy and quick feet. I would not look at that as his sole primary role.

He's lucky he's from our academy or he'd be slaughtered left right and centre ... At 20 and costing nothing overall v seasoned others that should be expected.

He can go past players but he's to scared to most of the time. Comes across as a "safe" player. Plays the simple pass and hardly ever gives away possession. Think he will do well in the LWB position but with Cunningham now back in form he hasn't got a hope in hell.

As for Waggy, RP may give him stick but he has 3 assists and 5 goals this season. Joe Bryan has 1 goal which was scored in the JPT. So even a blind man could see Wagstaff has contributed more....

He is probably playing to orders and plays the safe pass instead of trying to go past his opposing player!
Don't forget that both SOD and SC want our players to keep the ball so less risk the better. All our squad with few exceptions are playing with such minimal confidence because of our appalling results over the last three years, that most are not trying anything other than the safe option.

But the real question we should be asking is; who are those who we would want to be the backbone of the City team in the years ahead.
The youngsters who have City in their veins like Bryan, Reid, Burns or those already past their best like Gillet, Elliott, etc?

Indeed it was, and oh for a little bit of that magic spirit to rub off on this selection of no hopers

Which formerly was not the case. He also has not done the simple stuff of late well. I would question what has changed. Why is he apparently in decline. Tuesday I would question how many of the starting XI are also clearly not improving. That XI also could not perform the simple e.g. retaining possession.

Joe hasn't been selected because we currently play 3-5-2 and Cunningham (rightly) gets the nod.
If we revert to 4-4-2 then there's a case that both would play.

All I know is if Bryan doesn't get games he won't get better, shame he's not right footed.
I also know that fu**ing Gillett is an absolute joke as is, to a slightly lesser extent, the girl Wagstaff.

He played at Watford. I don't like singling out individuals as his performance like that of his team mates was pallid.

Rp, its not my opinion of Gillett, just refering to the E/post man of the match, think they ought to change the reporter then, he obviously haven't got a fu**ing clue. :)
