I thought it was funny and you and I joked but then every other straight-faced, humorless cu*t came on and got the 'ump, saying nothing about ugly nuts and laughing about Redknapp's signings instead.

I can't stand those that can't take a bit of a slagging. You need to sort some of those muppets out over there Andy. Leicester is fast getting a reputation for being a place filled with sour cocks

    FFS what a bunch

    We have AJ and BZ

    They are our players

They play for QPR the club we are supposed to support

You could buy anyone no guarantees they would fit in

We will do it the QPR way

    How soft are you lot

Time to stand and be counted

Bad news move on and deal with it

Just possibly because the ink is dry on contracts for the replacement(s)? Just hoping.

Someone did say that Bobby looked a lot better the other day and I for one don't think he's a bad player but he has been badly affected by the injuries (and the boo boys haven't helped). Not saying he's the answer but maybe we'll get a bit more out of him now (my bet for scoring the winner against Burnley).

Crouch and Rhodes tomorrow, I can feel it.

If ever we needed Harry's contacts, its now. He has continually been saying he knows nothing about potential transfers because "Phil's dealing with it". Well, now its time to pull together and get bodies in, pronto, no fiefdoms or people with their noses out of joint.Just ****ing sort it.

    Here's the answer----
@IJTaylor81: I took several calls in the last hour or so from journos regarding the injury to @chazaustin9 - so we set the record straight. #QPR

Hang on in there Andy, this is turning into a classic of banality.

What with all the bitching I've lost track of what the Austin situation is - defo out for 6 weeks - 3 months? Shame for him, really showing how to lead a line in this division and earning his crack at the top table. But his injury record was there for all to see (still glad we signed him, I like honest players with no little skill who know their trade). The failure happened last summer, H gambled on him and even more so on Zamora and Johnson being adequate back up. The January window is even more of a lottery than the summer one, we did a genius piece of work getting Remy (or rather TF did, Harold had given up, couldn't get him for Spurs at twice the price the year before) don't bank on it happening again.

If the world collapses if we don't get promoted this year, overpaying for someone with a proven record, like Rhodes, seems the only way forward.Personally I'm with DT, time for the players we have to stand up and be counted, and Harold to stop having the bail out option of owners £ and start managing.

After you read a news about Austin you just cant stop smiling ,cant you? Remember that very often these kind of key players injuries just unite the team and make them play whole lotta better together. Remember also that when you are gleeful about your rivalry teams misfortune you probably soon find out that Scmeichel and Nugent will have long term injuries.

Anyway this Charlies unfortune injury wont change my mind about us winninig the league. We will sign goalscorer tomorrow and if we wont then we just have to use teampower to score goals. Onwards and upwards!

I think i've made it very apparent that I feel for the lad, but this does boost our chances.

I think I read yesterday that your second top scorer has 3 goals, is this true?

EDIT; why are Schmeichel and Nugent 'probably' about to get long-term injuries?Neither have suffered from long-term injuries in their lives whereas you know Austin's risks when you signed him.

One thing here how daft was it to let anyone know of the injury ?

    That may cost millions

Everyone has panicked and IMO look very wet

We have options in our club and anyone sensible or clever would see that ... We may have to change our tactics

Austin scored goals for us but we haven't played anywhere close to how we should IMO

It's your duty to get behind BZ and AJ because the fans who boo these players will be just as guilty if we fail IMO

The 6 weeks I said is obviously just conjecture and chinese whispers. 3 months seems a little long though. A guy the same night dislocated his shoulder and they said 2 months for him. No one really knows how long it will be without knowing exactly what injury he suffered....apart from the doc that examined him. Lets just hope he's back before the season ends.
