If you did live in Hull it's fairly understandable that you'd hate the rest of the world. It has to be one of the most depressing places in the northern hemisphere just from its name.
A report by the Council of Europe's committee on social rights (ECSR) concluded that the level of the UK's incapacity benefits, jobseekers' allowance and statutory sick pay were "manifestly inadequate" and so "not in conformity" with Article 12 s.1 of the European Social Chapter, which governs the right to social security among signatories. We paid out £204bn in benefits and pensions last year alone. To keep the EU happy we should raise taxes to improve the living standards of the poor folk who don't work.
Hull, or to use its correct name, Kingston upon Hull, is quite a nice place to live and work. Its suburb, Beverley, has some of the highest living standards in the country. Most of you seem to be from Scotland; one consolation, you'll all be dead before you reach 60.
Charging all migrants £2,000 as soon they arrive in the UK would lead to a more tolerant and transparent immigration system, a think tank claims. Think tank! Panzer or Tiger?
That's less than they pay a snakehead to weld them into a secret compartment in a shipping container. Bargain I say....

No, do please continue to display your staggering ignorance to GC, it's quite funny to see someone give vent to their ill judged opinion.
