He's obviously valued by the club at less than 30% of 45k/week x 4.5 years (~3.1m) plus the 4m fee (so 7.1m)

There is NO WAY FC København would pay one player 45K a month. Grønkjær, when he was still active for us was the ´best earning player in the history of FC København was on a 55 K a month contract. But then Grønkjær was a star not a big talent...
