Milan and Cowdenbeath....reminds me of a comedy sketch I had on video years ago, maybe broadcast just before the 1990 World Cup. It was the big game between Internazionale Portree and Ajax Benbecula complete with Gaelic commentary. can't find the damn thing on youtube - it must be the only fecking vid they haven't got!
We given up on Danny Ings then? Pud would have liked someone who shares his surname playing in the Hupes.
Cracking player Ings. Think our reputation of buying young talent and selling for a profit is hurting us abit. Apart from the fact Burnley are doing well and want to keep him, why sell to us knowing there is a good chance we will sell him for a profit a few years later. They will just want to cut us out of that, they convinced someone to pay £4.5m for lafferty........
My mate sent me this: "Yesterday I spent a short while laughing with my buddy over Lee McCullochâs hilarious statement regarding the difference in ability between the divisions. A quick visit to wiki and the laughter intensified greatly. McCulloch scored 13 league goals in 5 years playing in the SPL. He scored 17 in Div 3 and has 11 in âLeague Oneâ at the moment. In total in 2012/2013 he scored 26 goals in all competitions, 6 more than his previous 5 years in the SPL. He wasnât good enough to play up front in the SPL, but can score for fun in the lower leagues. The figures would seem to indicate the gulf is fairly significant between leagues."
