Why should footballers and managers not be free to apply for jobs like anyone else? We all have contracts of employment, except some do not have a time stipulation.

I can see the sort of thing now.

"Tell me Stephen, what do you think you can bring to Birmingham City?"
    "Urgh"
"And why do see your future here and not with your current employer; er, Chelsea I believe?"
"Well, slike vis innit, ah need tuh strech misewf"
"Thank you Mr Terry, we'll be in touch about the goalkeeping position"
    "Fank slot mate, laters"

Footballers/Managers are on fixed term contracts. Other employers talking to them about moves during that contracted period can unsettle them. Its a fair stipulation to prohibit tapping up.

When you have quite finished the absinthe and can only see the little green elves then I will tell you that Malky is going and will be replaced by Dennis Wise, Ian Dowie and Dave Bassett.

The left foot is almost back to normal and the blisters aren't sore anymore...the right one is wrecked! The biggest blister has popped and is a real mess, it's really swollen and the other blisters are not too comfy lol...

Thanks for asking M Frenchie :)

Hopefully it'll all get back to normal soon :)
