As you probably know all clubs receive a small allocation of tickets for cup finals.
I need at least a couple for the league cup final. I'm Sunderland but I'd buy tickets for any section.
I'm happy to pay over the odds.

I live 1000 miles from the UK but still manage around 16/20 games a season. I was at the semi-final and have stayed on for Kidderminster and the Stoke match on Wednesday.
I can't have a season ticket so won't get a ticket for the final.

I'm not going to give you a sob story, I'm just an ordinary supporter who's been travelling the length & breadth of the country for 40 years following my team.

If you can help please pm, thanks.

I love how corporate football has become, such a shame.

I absolutely HATE the club Wembley middle tier with passion. Great way to raise £££ sure, not how the game was meant to go though!

Ground holds 90,000, out of interest, what's Sunderland's allocation and also how many are housed by this club Wembley corporate sham?

Not being funny, but if this person can really afford to get to the UK every other weekend from wherever he is in Europe then he will have no trouble forking out a bit extra to pick a ticket up.

Either a genuine excited / worried Mackem who probably has no reason to be or a scam or tout trying to pick up face value / close to face value tickets from unsuspecting chumps.

You come across as a bit of an arsehole tbh.
No offence but you appear to be questioning my honesty.

I came for the semi-final and stayed on to try to find tickets.
I'll be at the match tomorrow asking around but there will be thousands in the same boat.

The clubs who receive tickets usually sell them to anyone who fancies them, my mate just picked up 4 from Notts County.

Don't you believe it's better that true supporters, like me, get tickets rather than people who couldn't care less and spend most of their time in the bar?

Why would someone who wants to sell a ticket be classed as a chump?

Very poor attitude you have there tbh.

I don't reckon cup finals should only be for the supporters of the two clubs, no. There will be a tiny number of corporate arseholes who don't have any interest in the game but I'm sure you could count them in dozens. For everyone else there it will be an experience.

I reckon over 30k is a decent number, what you'll get is every fair weather supporter jumping on the bandwagon and clambering for tickets so you can't let everyone in and I'm sure you'll get a ticket if you're prepared to fork out so forgive me for not losing sleep over it.

Dont worry about hampy he is more of an armchair fan and has no idea of proper support and experience of match day.

Hope Sunderland stay up and win the cup.

You are looking more resilient and organised. Your fans also deserve premiership football more than some I could mention.

Poyet has done an incredible job and I hope you prove some of those statistics wrong.

Who's asking you to lose sleep, I don't care if you never wake up again <doh>

As we have an average of 40,000 supporters your point about 'fair weather fans' is a bit stupid isn't it?

    Thanks for your 'help'.

Good one! He'll probably buy your tickets and give you a piggyback to the game after that little outburst.

Thing is, we all love Poyet and Taricco so despite this clown I'll still be cheering them on in the final <ok>

I experienced my first bit of Geordie shame willing them to beat Manure on penalties...

Must be they way you are asking. Or perhaps you are just bullshitting. SAFC say they are allocating tickets to season ticket holders, and then on a loyalty basis. If you go to games regularly you get a ticket.... And there's your problem....

Ha yeah, based on loyalty your 16 games or whatever you will easily get one.
