Would've taken a point before the game. Very good performance. If only we had the players (or even a player) who could regularly turn these periods of incredible dominance into substantial leads. Oh well.

I had abetted view- from the Chapel. Most absorbing game of footy that I had the pleasure of watching. Such good quality about us, such that in the first half Arsenals best chances were on the break! Fabulous game and I can't be upset about the points we could have won when the spectacle was so absorbing. This typed in the queue
Good point as we came back from behind in the second half. Outplayed the league leaders for large parts of the game...we can beat anyone. Must now consolidate against Fulham and Stoke...need some three pointers. Very proud of the team.

I still think West Ham will stay up, I would go for West Brom, Fulham and Cardiff currently but it never works that way. I know a lot of people are disappointed with the number of games we dominate but do not win, however I see this as a season where our youngsters learn and establish themselves and push on next year. I just hope we keep the project together.
Very easy not to hold a grudge when your fellow team mates publically back you, when you are the one playing whilst the other is the outcast and then get to gloat on scoring another famous goal in another full blooded performance. Jose Fonte just showed all those divas who spout off all the time in public how a real man does his talking.
That will piss Fleet Street off if everything is ok between them. I really do hope Osvaldo can stay and turn it around. He is class and maybe this can be turned into some kind of motivation.
