That was the worst possible result for me... If Norwich win, Hughton appeases the baying mob, if we win, sexy Tashgasm time... 0-0, we hump them but can't score, means they'll whinge even more and I myself am left with an uninspired semi.

I thought Ben Arfa passed the ball a lot more than usual today - spotted a few good passes quickly and was generally tidy with them.

 

Sammy was great first half. A bit quieter in the second but still a decent showing from him. He turns on the ball very well and his bambi legs seem to confuse defenders.

It's a shame we didn't make the most of our dominance as not only would we have been enjoying three points, but Armstrong may also have got to come on for 15 minutes or so. Would have done him good to get a taste of first team football.

Maybe I'm looking for times to pick him up on it and being harsh, but i thought there were a couple of times he could have fed Remy in and once for Sissoko but held on too long. But I also think that on the ball he was brilliant. Some of those situations where he didn't pass wouldn't have been opportunities in the first place without his creativity. The one thing we were most worried about (I think) was a lack of creativity and nobody could accuse us of that tonight.

 

Good luck for saturday lads.I think we are happy with a point but they will still have a go at Hughton because we didn't win.

Tonight was a tail of this failed club.
Battered them how we did not hit four or five.
First half superb football and Lady Luck went against us, second half came and tired legs became a problem
And this is were the issue starts

Norwich had better options on the bench than we did.
