Rodgers is a young manager and I don't think he's sure how to handle Suarez who always reacts negatively when he gets subbed early/doesn't play the full game. So he never really bothers subbing him as its less hassle for him with media asking questions and paper speculation plus it keeps his best player happy.
Gary Lineker missing the point on twitter: "Really like the fact that Daniel Sturridge won't be bullied into passing when he's in a good position himself. Top strikers don't pass the buck."
Moses scores one goal against a lower league club then tries the same shot when there are other options.
Owen gives Sturridge MOTM despite him missing a pen and ****ing up a simple 1v1. Has he not been watching Coutinho/Flanagan/Sterling all night?
Doesn't look like a player who knows that his parent club doesn't want him and is likely to sell in the summer. This is his chance to shine and attract a new club, a club that isn't in the Championship.
Owen has at last said something sensible " Cissoko reminds me of Jimi Traore, he can tackle but can't pass a ball to save his life"
is it weird to say I'm disappointed we haven't scored more? :/ we could have absolutely battered them
