I vote yes to sharing a thread with the filthy inbred mackem scum for the day if only to try and prevent their contagion from spreading to the rest of our board.

Ok, I may be stirring it for no reason other than general boredom but when better to put forward unreasonable and tribalistic idiocies than on a cross-board thread for the derby?

 

Wasnt the cross board thread option removed from the construction of the site completely after Speedgate

If we can't physically have a cross board thread can't we agree to set up a thread on one of the boards where cross board rules will apply, and moderation will be absolutely minimal, ans all comers are welcome? I know its not the same, but if Plan A isn't available....

Could they be unbanned or would that cause problems? And if it happened would have to mean an amnesty obviously with the same courtesy shown by the other board.

I'd have no issue with giving everyone a second chance and lifting all bans.
There would have to be an understanding from all that if, after a ban is lifted, a repeat offence occurs... The ban is reinstated in line with normal practice.
At the end of the days it's just a forum so maybe we need to live and let live.
As with everything all mods on both sides would need to agree as I can only ever speak for myself, not the wider mod team.
