Whats the weather like down there? Will the pitch hold up? The Northampton Massive will be leaving here about 3-4pm and its been tipping it down up here
It's stopped in Blisworth now Where you heading, how many in your car? I'm picking my lad up from school at 3.30pm in Bugbrooke if you fancy a share. I park near the OldFarmhouse pub and will meet my Dad there for supper.
Our surface is normally exceelent whatever the weather. Bound to be slippy though so hope Clyne has the right studs in.
I have a meeting with an artist and prospective lawyer this evening at 8. I have to leave at 6:45 to get there and won't be out until after the game. Something tells me there'll be frequent toilet visits (and I don't mean for the usual music industry reasons either......)
Thanks All! FLT - thanks for offer but getting a lift down anyway and will wear walking boots to keep the feet dry and warm so that I can bounce up and down when Guly pops in the winner!
I usually can't bear it when the weather's terrible, as I think we play the sort of game that's better in the dry. However, if we're to play any game in 'levelling' weather, I'd choose it to be Arsenal as I think it would effect them more.
Well thats it, my lift has arrived and we're off to the sunny south coast....I am "stoked" See you at SMS! COYRs
