If Ifs and ands were pots and pans; there's not enough substance in that story to wipe your arse with. Even the £2m salary doesn't ring true with me. He must be earning more than that surely?

Could be a net figure, which would put him on about £75,000 p/w before tax.

Monaco are ment to be after him as well. As replacement for the injured Falcao.

That sort of makes sense actually, and they have the £. Fingers crossed on that one....he'd probably do well there (if he stops being batshit).

They could actually sign him permanently if rumours of Falcao moving on again become true in the summer.

If we all pray really hard to the Lord on high - Guly - this could happen.

Valencia have allowed striker Dorlan Pabon to leave on loan, maybe to free up space in their squad to take Osvaldo on loan, then make a permanent move in the Summer?

With all these European giants surprisingly chasing Dani we may actually get most of our money back....happy days!
Its bad enough him being a trouble making flop without loosing buckets of cash too.
I hope we invest the money sensibly

Sadly I don't think we can disbelieve the papers on one hand (like with the Shaw rumours), and then believe them when it suits us. There is unlikely to be as much interest in Osvaldo as is being reported.

Osvaldo is a good player, there will always be interest in him despite his anger issues.

Dont get me wrong, i think he is a very good player. just think that clubs may see it as too much of a risk spending millions on a player who may,or may not, smack a team mate..

At least this sorry situation will be resolved by Friday, either there will be a parting of the ways or there will be a group love-in at Saints Marys?

Barton still plays football? Balotelli is a nutter as well. There are loads of players that have anger issues etc, yet still play football and are wanted by other teams.
