Morning Everyone, Could today be the day, that the takeover goes ahead? Probably not. Some things that have emerged that you may not be aware of though.... At some point during the process, Sport Capital have lost an integral part of their consortium We do not know who that was or why, but it is clear that unfortunately, it has affected the takeover. Enter Cellino.... The Sardinian entrepreneur has more to this then meets the eye. It is known that that Cellino has had meetings with Haigh, and he is actively involved the the bid. We don't know how much, but I'm sure all will come to light in due course. So, we have turned down just over 4m for McCormack, fair play to GFH or whoever it was who told West Ham where to go. Lets hope they don't come back. Over the last 10 years or so, Leeds fans have been treated so badly, that we now expect the very worse both on and off the pitch. We have seen our best players sold against their will, seen point deductions, relegation, administration, souring ticket prices, are subjected to mediocre displays week on week, and have been kept almost totally in the dark when something of significance happens, yet we continue to sell out our ticket allocation for away games!!! If we were a pet dog, being treated badly by their owner, it would have turned round and bit them by now!!! Thoughts?
Morning Elland, good points mate, i think you may have read many times on some of my postings, that i feel for the faithfull, especially the away support, things have to start to be transparent with the supporters, the board need to show them some respect.................MOT
Morning all Hell of a day today 160 mile round trip for a 45 minute meeting Hoping to get back and listen to a winning performance, but it'd be nice to hear something about this takeover too. Wishful thinking though
So much for transparency springs to mind. I still wouldn't be surprised if GFH do not want to be involved or have anything part invested in a business model that has the Italian guy as part of it.

Why wasn't Adam Pearson invited along with his people? because we would have got the best of both worlds there?
