Dev ,it has to be said, and i say this as a fairly impartial bystander to all the pish that went on prior to meltdown: You seemed to come on looking for a fight. Its as if you were trying to defend TF and some of their posters. Why ? There are plenty of nuggets here but it isnt real life as i am sure you are well aware. Why the need to defend TF so abruptly whilst slagging off this place ? Its all very surreal. I dont know anyone on here,i dont want to know anyone on here and im ****ed if i want to be their best mates. However i do like the banter ( sometimes). I have looked at TF from time to time and it all looks very cosy. Good luck to you all but it doesnt seem to be my cup of tea. Of course there is no reason why you cant use both sites unless of course you are a huffy **** !!!
Fair comment wombat but I did'nt come over for a fight, I was on the wind up for the first two days and to have a gander because of the CG post. I insulted people in jest just like everyone else does, and if you remember what I was like on the past I was not one to start fights for no reason, Pope may have been joking earlier but I doubt it, he's made more U turns than Scalextric. I left on good terms with no axe to grind with anyone that I know of yet i'm somehow supposed to have become a turncoat or something, how that works I don't know. As for the family atmosphere on TF it may seem that on the outside but we have our share of arguments too, heated at times, in fact two posters at least have gone because of argy bargy, but there is genuine football chat which suits me, I know it's an old argument but I have always believed in fair moderation of threads as long as it's Mod worthy, I was personally sick of Modding so I chucked it. I never realised that there were so many decent posters on here in fact I had forgotten, so I may nip in now and again.
P.S Pope is a lawyer and has a beard ( apparently) Two good reasons to feel infinitely superior. Cue Pope. !!!
I should also say that I outed myself so it was'nt as if I was hiding.It was always my intention to say who I was before Rocket had a guess.

In fairness to Dev he thought NervousBear was on at the time and you could almost see his blood run cold with temper. I've never known anyone hate someone as much as he hates him.

I would like to see him on here more often. He's a twisted, opinionated, argumentative little bastard..... all the things I like in a poster. He's also quite a clever **** and can spout one load of ****e on a whole variety of subjects. He'd be a decent signing for the Tims on here.

ps BH thanks for the link but the lads don't use that one anymore. I found out one of my best mates had died on there about 8 months ago.
