Yes, I have many times, surely you've seen him in the Kingston suite....and many times at BP. I dare say he won't rocked your boat with his comments but a lot did make sense. particularly the thing about mentioning CITEH when he's down in London and all they associate city with is the blue mancs. I had the same problem watching the City game against Liverpool in December. Was over in Lausanne ' Swits Land ' in a pub called the 'Great Escape' of all names and got chatting to Lads from the Manchester area. Although I kept saying I was there to watch Hull City, nothing seemed to register with them apart from the City name, and they all thought I was talking about the Mancs, started to piss me off a tadge. Thankfully though I'm happy were city are now and it will always be Hull city to me, but If we need to move forward with Hull Tigers so be it. But for once only we have to be UNITED...UNITED we stand, divided we fall! UTT!!
Does everyone who isn't supportive of CTWD have to be subjected to these slur campaigns? It's no wonder that we're a quiet bunch and silent majority.
unfortunately certain people with tenuous links keep getting into newspapers with their tenuous arguments and opinions.
If people talk like ****s in the media then it'll get pointed out. Courtenay and Prescott are high profile people associated with Hull and therefore seem to think they're qualified to tell us commoners how we should think, but don't actually seem to understand the situation at all. Courtenay is hardly your average terrace punter and Prescott isn't even a football fan.
Why was he on Humberside, was it for something else and the conversation turned to that particular topic? Do Humberside contact him just to ask him questions or does his publicist make him available? Always wondered who contacts who, in the case of the last interview between Sky and AA, who made the request?
