I honestly feel he's shown us what he has in his armoury over plenty of game time and hasn't improved his strength on the ball or his first touch, its all down to opinion if you think he's improved and can get better than he's shown and I honestly can't see it SR.
I think we expect so much from Sterling that we forget he's 19. People clamour for Tex to get a few minutes but Raheem has been in the first team since he was 17. Funny how we fans are.
Januzaj presently has the confidence of youth. Sure he does have skills and he may develop into a very good player. Sterling has one major advantage over him at the present. Sterling has had the exposure and experienced the effects that it can have upon your life and your game. Many of us were worried about Sterling last season and his ability to keep his feet on the ground. It now looks like he has found a balance that works for him. The same experience awaits Januzaj and we will have to wait and see if he can cope. The other big problem that Januzaj faces is that his play contains many tricks. The trouble with tricks is that modern defenders learn very quickly and the effectiveness of those tricks recedes quickly. Comparing the two players is very difficult as their styles of play are very different and the roles that they perform for their teams are also very different.
Sterling is not as far along as Januzaj as the finished article. At City Spurs and a couple of other games show that. Although januzaj certainly the silkier of the two I reckon Sterling has the potential to be far more effective. Sterling reproduces more too
Januzaj is a serial cheat too and not a great example to kids, anyway he will be doing a Pogba soon enough and getting as far away for the Old Trafford Titanic as possible.
Take it he aborted them then. Anyway, speaking of cheats, Heres Mark Hughes view... http://www.westernmorningnews.co.uk...g-diving-win/story-20432976-detail/story.html
Our opponents accuse us of cheating. Everyone accuses Man Utd of cheating. Tables don't lie. please log in to view this image please log in to view this image
Of course there's hope. Fergie at Utd 26 years=2CL's Rafa at LFC 18 month's=1CL Never give up hope its a sign of weakness.
Note to self, if you need a scout, do not hire Greez A year on and JermanJizz to be loaned out cos he can't get into a very average United side
How's that working out for you? Well at least you're consistent, as in consistently talk bollocks Sterlng >>>>>>>>>>>>>>> Jermanjizzy Love this bit So, you think you have an actual manager, and he's sending jermanjizz out on loan after letting him cool his heels in the reserves since the actual manager got the job Also Jermanjizz piked up more yellows for diving in a month than Sterling has got in his whole career
At this point Sterling is way ahead, no doubt Januwanuwaz is a good player but he's not getting the game time to progress at this point. A loan deal would be good for him.
