Never voted - the only place I've been eligible to vote is Northern Ireland, and there's really no point voting there; you either vote for your own tribe or the other tribe - and it doesn't really matter anyway, as a Government elected by English and Scottish people sitting in Westminster hold the actual power. I've found being able to vote with your feet and move about is a more personal form of democracy - and having this type of mentality, and keeping your powder dry, is especially handy as a hedge against people like Nationalist Tiger AFC or Toby getting in power. Come the revolution I'm ****ing right off.
I only ever really voted Lib Dem when I was younger because I knew Jamie Stone through the school and he was a decent ****. He ended-up jacking in politics due to the infighting over the coalition. You were arguing that we should give poor EU migrants free houses when they turn up, because it costs a couple of grand to live on every month and migration should not be just for rich people - you believe that migrants should face no pressures, and it is the state's job to make sure that bad things, such as stressing to pay bills, should not happen.

No, it's a typical left response - if I search back and find your response to the 'bedroom tax', or the scaling back of the welfare state it's the same response - that it's the government's responsibility if a Women commits suicide because her benefits are cut - that these policy changes cause hardships and it's the government's job to make sure these bad things don't happen. We have incompatible ideologies because for the most part I'd like a government to leave me alone - and your type of government won't do that.
