Anyone play FM2011?

Sold Nolan straight away.

How the hell did you people sell Shola. In the first season no club was interested. Then in the second season he turned down every offer he got. I had to just let his contract run out.

 

I have got Santon, got him for 4 mill and he is now a wonderkid, got some guy called Danilo as back up who is meant to be the next Maicon.



I usually sell a lot of the squad if I am honest on football manager, I promote Krul to first team and keep Saylor, Enrique and Ben Arfa in first team with Barton, Jonas, Colo, Nolan, Harper as back up but I do not renew their contracts I just let them run out, and I keep Vuckic as a good young player who eventually breaks into the first team.
The players I regually buy are Paulo Henrique and Neymar from Santos, Lucas from Sao Paulo, and Poli from Sampdoria, also Suso from Liverpool as good young player.

 

His agent is a pain, refused anything lower than the £85k p/w even if appearance fees etc exceeded that amount. I've got Diego, Tiote, Gosling, Rafinha & Ramsey so wasn't going to pay him that much.

Currently in process of a takeover by local business man which means they'll give me sweet fa to spend no dount.

 

I'm am seriously getting pissed off at the game though, it keeps crashing.

 

Loaned him out to Villa in the first season because of his wages & nobody was interested in a perm deal(surprise). Had to sell him to Blackpool in the second for a mere 1.5m! Wages were simply too high & he wasn't even good enough to get into my matchday squad.

 

Wigan always take him for £1m.

 

Did anyone have any troubles renewing Tiotes contract. Every time I went to renew it he got a new work permit turned down

 

I always try to get Santon in the first season when his contract is expiring but he refuses to even enter negotiations.

 

I can't get rid of Shola either

 

You need to bum up to him in the media, that what I did, I even made him unhappy at Inter and get put on the transfer list.

 

1.2mil to Southampton beginning of season 2. I'm in January season 2 now, Nolan has been in and out both seasons. Still club captain though.

cant get paulo henrique to play well at all..all he ever gets is 6.8 or 6.9...what a ****er

so im going to put hazard there for awhile and eventually bring in pastore.

 

4 seasons in I still have Nolan, on the bench mostly.. I have Ganso (Paulo Henrigue) and Basham in cm..

 

I've just tried renewing it at the start of season 3 but it was turned down due to WP issues. He's been a regular this season but didn't play as much in the first two seasons. Will try again in a couple of months when he's got a bag full of appearances.

 

I am trying to get Pastore at the moment but he does not want to come so I tried to woo him via the media but I went too far and now he hates me and has signed a new contract with Palermo, bit of an epic fail really, but I am not giving up, going to try again in the summer, money speaks.

 

Used him quite a bit in my first season on FM. Stopped after that though.

On Fifa though, he was pretty much just a sub at best from the get go. I always do a major overhaul. I replaced him with Adam and Holden

 

how's ganso playing for you? hes been at my club since january (its now october) and hes still consistently ****e.

Can never get him on FM. Bought him on Fifa though, excellent on that. Gets muscled off the ball a bit easily like but ya know.
