why? everything i pointed out is dependent on arsenal themselves. our 4-5-1 could see sterling and suarez as widemen as tactical approach and sturridge ploughing a lone furrow so it'd be hapless gerrard, half fti allen and henderson as the 3. simple really. we don't need to buy... we just desire it so why should one desire affect another desire of mine... thats like saying if i crave a chocolate bar i can't have a packet of crisps too.
Because if we don't get a CM in they'll rape us regardless of how many fixture they have. That's unless we can get all our CMs fighting fit again, half fit player won't be good enough.
You can't boss our midfield. Your players are simply inferior in that department. Remember that our wide players can tuck in and we just control the game that way. Rosicky and Cazorla are excellent at keeping the ball, while your wide players offer other threats. When we last played, we made your midfield look pretty average, and Gerrard in particular was left chasing shadows.
When we last played Brod was still insistent that three CBs could work and played into Arsenal's hands! There is no doubt that you guys have the better midfield, same as I don't think there is much debate on who has the better attack and our defences are fairly similar. If Brod picks the right system / players then I'd expect us to give you guys a much better game but it massively depends on us getting injured players back or signing someone!
Bloody hell, you having a laugh? Your defence is nowhere near as good as ours. Our defence has been the best in the league this season.
Tbh think we have more of a chance of going through when we are the underdogs. We are terrible when expected to win. I am not saying we will win, in fact i think draw is best we can hope for but, Wenger will not want the draw. We have no europe so a draw not the end of the world
I was talking about the individual players. IMO, our defence isn't the problem, its the protection its not getting that's the issue. Pretty sure your defence is good because the opposition never touch the ball too rather than the defensive players being that good
No Europe, but that particular week is also pretty busy for you. 3 games in a week, and you have two of those away, while we have 2 of those at home.
