With all the injuries at our club and in football in general I have often wondered who are the players with the best injury record are, and why. Ideas please.

Routledge seems a healthy player , ticks a lot of boxes for me , including being from Great Britain.

The ones that are more injury free are probably the ones that take more care of themselves by eating a healthy diet and training in a way that lessens the likelihood of an injury. But still, many injuries can't be avoided. Also, players coming back from injury too soon and making it worse. It's well known that many footballers play through injuries by taking drugs of one sort or another. Their health and fitness tends to take second place.

    What about them?

Williams, untill this season, had a fantastic record. So did Leon.
    Vorm was always good.
    Michu last season

Hernandez has probably spent more time on the treatment table than on the pitch. How many come back has he made. It takes him a while to get his form back as well. We've probably only had about 25% of the player!

    Hey Seebreeze.
No, she's not done for years. I'm going up to Zambia in July though.
    Why'd you ask?

Well back when you brought up about your sister going there , a few days later a young black man came to the door with WorldVision . Your sister inspired me to get a foster child , and within a year my two sons ended up getting one also . Your sister is directly and indirectly responsible for 3 foster children in my neck of the woods , if you could mention that to her I would appreciate it .Would have sent this privately but between not liking private messages and not knowing how , well , there you have it .

Injuries can happen to anyone at the end of the day. We were lucky with injuries last season but unfortunately not this season. We have one of the best physio teams at swansea and players get the best treatment available either with us or with the best available around the country. Some injuries are worst than others and some players can recover quicker than others and on occasions some players are never the same afterwards but that is very rare. We have 4 winnable games coming up and we could do with a few of our walking wounded to be match fit and ready to go. I don't want to see bony left on the bench for the rest of the season if he is fit as we need every bit of help we can to move away off the bottom and into safety..
