I posted a player review at the beginning of the season with the following comments and the abuse i got from certain quarters for writing what i had seen and decided with regards to two of our players was quite prolific.

]I]Larsson - Once again a typical performance from Seb, Never stopped running or complaining for the full 90 minutes and still managed to do sweet f**k All. his corners/free kicks and shooting are getting worse. (Please Wigan he is the perfect partner for Poppy).

Altidore - Well I think we have found the NEW Emile Heskey, I hope I am proven wrong but I can not see this guy getting more than 8 - 10 goals a season if he is lucky, I think we have been done here.[/I]

Reading through recent posts I now find that some people are catching on and becoming aware of these two.

When Larsson is picked to start it is like playing with 10 men, we did that for the Manure game at the Sol for 75 minutes. we then brought Dozy Jozy on which effectively meant we beat Manure with 9 players on the field.

Larsson has been picked by our last 4 managers regularly so the question is WHY?

Is he blackmailing them, shagging them or is it in his contract that he must start?

It is puzzling as to how as a layman I can see he does nothing yet he still gets picked regularly, can Gus not see Colbacks work rate and determination is far superior.

As for Jozy... Bring back Wickham and give him a shot, or Watmore or the Tea Lady.

If a good or great striker is on a drought they will climb over, push aside or even flatten team mates to get a touch to try and end the drought but watching Jozy he does not have or show the desire or determination to succeed.

He is a very lazy player who is waiting for the ball to do the work for him. He should if he has any drive in him at all have insisted in taking one of the penalties the other night, SKP or SNQ would have in his situation but it seems he chose to hide.

I do like him, I think he is quite a nice guy but that may be his problem, he needs to get angry/nasty and use a lot more aggression in his game which I don't think he is capable of.

In short, to continue and improve our chances of Premier survival and Wembley Success then we desperately need another midfield selection than Larsson and also to buy/loan a Striker who will not only get goals and create a few chances but also prove to be a handful to opposition defences.

Gus is having a great influence on the Lads, their game and confidence is improving but we need Wins and Points now so If you reading this Gus, Give the team a chance by starting a game with 11 MEN on the pitch please!

    P.S.

Apologise to Emile Heskey.. Even he didn't fall over or miss as many chances and he did hold the ball up and work his socks off for the team.

It's not always a good idea to start trawling back through old posts mate. We've all been right in the past. Many of us have even been wrong!!

Just concern yourself with the here and now.

It's laughable that anybody would compare Jozy to Heskey. Heskey was a direct player who can head a ball. If anybody thinks that describes Jozy they need their eyes testing imo. He can't head a ball for a start <laugh> Think I'll compare Peter Crouch to Fabio Borini if we're doing complete miss match comparisons. <laugh>
