Ferguson as a person is a decent bloke,some of the things he does are outstanding.As a manager he's an arrogant bully and can be a right bollox.

More than most. But that's not saying much, seeing as they like to make an example of him.

It is not a critisism of either manager, its more what got them where they are today.
