Its been fun as always Arsenal87. Dont worry about being wrong, I'm sure you are used to it. I'm off for a while. take care and relax. Stress kills.
Ah makes sense... forgot that United are the only that have injuries. I also failed to appreciate that when RVP and/or Rooney have played this season you were hammering teams: http://www.bbc.co.uk/sport/0/football/24184928 http://www.bbc.co.uk/sport/0/football/24503988 http://www.bbc.co.uk/sport/0/football/25164173 http://www.bbc.co.uk/sport/0/football/25115886 http://www.bbc.co.uk/sport/0/football/25513267 You're on a slippery slope when you're placing your hopes on RVP being fit for you consistently.
Let's put an end to this myth that United have been **** because they are missing RVP-Rooney as if to say if those 2 were fit United would be title contenders, United weren't title contenders even when the 2 were playing: Everton home loss: Rooney played Newcastle home loss: RVP played Cardiff draw: Rooney played Liverpool loss: RVP played City loss: Rooney played West Brom loss: Rooney and RVP played Southampton draw: Rooney and RVP played So please United, shut the **** up, and **** right off with your lies that your bad form is down to missing your 2 main players, they have been very much part of the team that's been dropping points. You lost 3 home games with those 2 featuring! And how **** are you, that you fall apart with 2 players out? You have a better TEAM than Arsenal, so surely if you have a great team, you can cope with 2 key players out, so you're even outdone by your **** argument. Either you don't have a great team, which is why you're so reliant on RVP-Rooney.
Moyes and United together in the prem. Played 22 won 11 lost 7. Thanks (well thanks Moyes really) and goodbye for now
Still not as good as Arsenal's form, we have gone 9 games in a row with a win, currently 7 games in a row with a win. , you still lose. But at least you admit you're a 2 man team, so much for being a better 'team' than Arsenal. Arsenal 1st Rooney-RVP united: 7th No thanks, and **** off for now. dick.
I think to suggest Utd have a better Midfield, or attacking midfield than Arsenal is quite frankly laughable. No-one is denying the quality of RVP, Rooney or Mata but for quality in depth Arsenal piss all over Utd. Having 3 quality players one of which seems to be returning to his old injury problems and one who is new and will need to find his place in the team does not equate to better quality than a midfield/attack packed with settled top quality players. If Arsenal get injuries (and we have had absolutely loads this season) we are still able to field a midfield as good as anyone in the league. With a couple of injuries in these positions for Utd you fall apart. Oh and on the whole Ozil vs Rooney thing - your main argument seemed to be that Rooney has loads of assists and is a striker so must be better but in reality Rooney drops deep and plays more as an AM a lot of the time. I'd expect someone playing his role to get a lot of assists. Up until the last couple of games Ozil has been top of the assists table for the league since he joined us and i'm sure by the end of the season he will be back on top. It's his first season in the league and a new team and he is basically outperforming everyone else in the league who plays the same role. Over the last 5 years or so he has been at the very top of the game, considered the best in his position in the world by many top figures within the game. I think given the choice the majority of people would go for Ozil in there team.
I don't think Mourinho was rattled. In fact I'm pretty sure he was expecting rival coaches to come up with this talking point, and was ecstatic when the journos brought up their reactions.
Load of tosh. Mourinho knows it's unfair, but it's not Chelsea's fault, it's the system that's to blame. Have the transfer window when the first half of the season has been played, before the second half is played if you want to make it fairer. And close the summer window before the season begins.
this has become Goons vs Moanu thread. goons shouldn't be over confident with 14pts lead over moanu after 22 games. there is a very good chance that goons might still finish below Moanu - especially now with Mata there.
It really does amaze me how Arsenal87 hasn't suffered a major aneurysm. I thought he was making fun of Wenger.
dopey fucking chav . 14 is more than 12 , but you think 12 is enough , and 14 isnt . back to school moron .
Possibly yes on Rooney he was about 50/50 I think (although admittedly not always for football reasons), the other 2 have been discussed and, on the whole, the consensus here was that we don't want/need them.
