You'd have to think that City were fielding their reserves - although City's reserves should probably be better than most club's first team!

I'm pleased that we are 0-0 with Cardiff. I'm still not over last week's horror show :D

Ahem - Pantilimon (GK); Richards, Demichelis, Lescott, Kolarov; Navas, Rodwell, Toure (c), Lopes; Aguero, Dzeko.

Apparently Watford are playing a completely different team to what has contested the championship so far this season. Barney Curley has had the players who are playing today living in a field behind his house practicing keepie uppy for 9 months solid.

far too many mugs thinking big bucks and rocky creek where "wheelbarrow jobs" today, didnt fall for big bucks, but had a bad feeling about rocky creek since I backed it during the week

when youve got every mug in the land thinking their on to a winner they always go down

knockara beau beats big bucks and at fishers cross....welcome to jump racing <ok>

Le Rocher, Wishful Thinking and Red Sherlock saved my bacon

He lost to a 148 rated horse who's run 15 times at Cheltenham without winning. If that's what he's all about then I don't understand why you're arsed about him. Bucks is the one to take from the race. Tactics were wrong today if they wanted to win. He'll improve 10lbs at least I would have thought and I'm now happier to consider him a fav for that race until we know where Annie Power goes.

I think he ran a very good race in the circumstances. I hope he comes out of it well.

Any chance Annie Power will skip Cheltenham for Aintree and Punchy?

Depends if Ruby has another ride in the world hurdle. My guess is that he will convince the fatcat to run it there as now boston bob looks not good enough he won't have a ride.

Not a chance. I am pretty confident after today that she is World Hurdle bound.

I'd tend to agree with that consensus, I'd like to see her at Cheltenham too.

She runs at Cheltenham chaps without a doubt. Rich Richie isn't spending millions a year to win second tier races at Aintree with absolute superstars.

Watford gave it a fair go all the same. At Fishers halved into 7/1 for the WH are the bookies having a giraffe?! AP into 7/2 for the festival now, shrewdies on at 8 Reebok eh?

I tried to get a bet on the two time winner, Martin Gould, but bookies were only offering match odds, not for the overall winner. Good job for me then as Gould got his cards handed to him by the young chinese lad!

I'll be watching tonights matches, and recording tomorrow's as I'm out, but I was quite impressed by Jimmy Robinson, but a one frame match, against the clock makes it a sheer lottery, but a great watch, nevertheless :D
