Maureen has been clearly rattled by Wenger over the Mata sale. His rant started by complaining that Wenger was complaining, which is a bit hypocritical to say the least, then went on to say that he felt it wasn't fair that Arsenal 'always' get an easy fixture list and even went as far to say that Chelsea shouldn't have to play against a player if he's injured when they face Arsenal.

“Wenger complaining is normal because he always does, it’s something that we know. When a player plays for a club on Aug 20 and, two weeks later, on Sept 5, plays against the same club with a different shirt, this is normal.

“If Wenger sells Özil to Man United, I will be very happy because he’s selling a very important player. So, normally, he should be very happy that Chelsea sold a player like Juan Mata. But I think it’s also a bit of his nature. We have to accept the way he is. But when he says that this is not fair, I think what is not fair is that his team always has the best days to play. Always. When you go to the fixtures this season, it’s never fair because they always get the right to rest and the right time to play. That’s not fair.

“I think it’s not fair I play against Southampton, and I play twice against Lovren. And Lovren is injured and won’t play against Arsenal. Is that fair? That’s football! I call Pochettino and say: ‘You don’t play against Arsenal, you wait for Lovren to be ready! I want you to play Lovren and Fonte because against me you play Fonte and Lovren.’ ’’

All of this is evidence that Maureen is worried about Wenger and Arsenal, so that's a good thing. Long live the whiny one <ok>
 
As a Gooner, I believe Wenger was just WUMing because his theory made no sense. Chelsea couldn't predict they'd play United twice before/during the January transfer window. Plus, why sell one of your best players as a short term solution? It makes no sense. I think (hope) Wenger was just trying to rattle Maureen and it looks like it had worked. <ok>

Sounded a lot like he had wound himself up to me mate. Wenger said he was commenting on the rights and wrongs of the Jan transfer window rather than making a complaint about Chelsea, but Maureen has had a full tilt hissy fit about it.

Watch the interview with him, it's clear he's been rattled. The amount of times he says it's not fair. Firstly he's whining about Wenger then he's whinging that we always get a favourable fixture list, it's not fair, it's not fair, IT'S NOT FAIR
 
I think its safe to say at no point in the history of ever has Wenger 'owned' or 'rattled' Mourinho.

Why don't you just **** off and concentrate on grabbing a Europa league spot?

Clearly what i said must have had some even small effect on you or you would not even have responded, clearly you disagree with me enough to write a response, so it has clearly had some effect on you, even small.

Nobody initially asked for your opinion on this Arsenal thread concerning what the Chelsea manager said about the Arsenal manager. From where does a United fan come and start defending Mo? Though shouldn't be surprised, trash goes with trash, ;-).
 
I am sorry to disagree.

Mourinho sits on Romans endless haul of gold.
This buys him supreme power to manipulate everything for the Chav's advantage.
Being a Viagra club has bought them a place at the top table.
If they want a player 95% of the time they get it over everyone else except for oil sodden City.
They send out multi million players on loan to destroy others chance's.
Most others send young, second tier, players for genuine experience . not players over 10plus million.
Man Utd are considered no threat as their slow Glazier financial bleeding decline looks like their days
are numbered and 3rd is the best they may get.
Wenger has just played into the hands of Chav bandwagon.
"Fair Play " not on your nelly.
