I would, if he apologised and seemed regretful. Scuffles happen all the time in the heat of the moment, normally not culminating in headbutts, but given that it doesn't seem to be a particularly cold and calculated attack, I don't think it's necessarily the end of his career.
Can't say I blame him, I wouldn't buy food from an establishment with a 'footy poster' on the wall. Just who's running the place, a twelve year old!?!

I stuck some of the photos into a search engine to see if they were potentially being sourced from elsewhere and nothing came up. Quite a few of the pictures seem very convincing. Saints' media chap Jim Lucas says he cannot say it isn't him, it might be.
Where is this picture on his instagram? Anyone have a screen shot? I've followed him on his instagram for some time (I think it is his real one), mostly with him putting up pics with his girlfriend/wife jimenabaron? I looked on it just now and there is nothing of a saints badge. His latest pictures include one of his wife and of a rolling stones tongue logo birthday cake! I did find it funny this morning that on the updates section of instagram it said "pabloosvaldo86 started following f6nteofficial"
