ward doesn't count but never has...

smith isn't ready so 3 full backs are flanagan, cissokho and kelly.

cbs will be skertl, toure and sahko... agger still out.

cm is allen gerrard and henderson.... only rossiter and a couple others in reserves ever mentioned

wing is coutinho, aberto, mosese, sterling, ibe.

    strikers = sturridge and suarez.

i see a 1st 11 and subs here but we can't see another midfield injury... can see a 442 v bournemouth to save gerrard for everton

No I include Mata in that statement. United are in dire need of some steel in their midfield. Mata does not provide that. Mata will also impinge on areas that Rooney has considered his preserve so we'll have to see how that works out. The whole RVP sga is yet to work itself out - strange when even United supporters say that he is not injured!

if we offered 10 on jan 1 then i think he'd be an lfc player.... the thing went cold in december really its possible as the player never got to turn us down but his agent talked a lot about us prewindow

is always possible we offered nothing at all

Baio for the Bournemouth game? CDM, highly rated in the academy? Could be our Frimpong type of player in terms of coming in and doing a job?

Also, for the RB position. Rafa plays 4 in the back and has been rotating a certain Maggio as he is more of a wingback but can do the job at full back. Cheeky bid? He is immense, gets up and down the wings with real energy and more importantly can ****ing defend!

baio..... i dunno... i think rodgers could do anything. i don't know if the lad even ever trained with seniors.... but smith barely got back before sticking him up to senior training for a week and next thing he's on the pitch running about as a winger and being useless.

    who knows....

I think your last statement is quite possible the truth. A lot of Agent talk maybe - oh! and lazy journalism.

Chevrolet have stopped marketing in Europe, and are owned by GM motors anyway.

Vauxhall deal seems to be more of a continuance.

EDIT: Rumours of Rômulo are quite positive... has had injury trouble but was good at the Olympics and apparently very impressive when fit.

12.10 GMT Benfica winger Nicolas Gaitan has attracted interest from a number of clubs in previous transfer windows and he could be set to follow Nemanja Matic out the exit door as Portuguese paper Record say the Argentine is set for crunch talks with the club this weekend.

Can play really anywhere left, right, center.

I thought the same. He was a real prospect at Vasco, a lot of people thought he'd be in their world cup starting 11 if he'd stayed fit.

  14. I'd prefer Gaitan to Salah purely based on the fact that I've heard of him <laugh>

South American, can play a variety of positions, not just a speed player but technical. Agree. <ok>

  16. I'd still prefer Neymar though :bandit:

Seriously, I'd still prefer a defensive minded midfielder to anything else.

Liverpool have approached Spartak Moscow for midfielder Romulo.

The Daily Express says the injury to Lucas Leiva has forced Brendan Rodgers to reassess his options, and Romulo is the Liverpool manager's preference.

The Reds made contact with Spartak yesterday about the Brazilian's availability.

Some reports suggest that Liverpool have made Spartak an opening bid in the region of £7m with the Russian club holding out for closer to £10m.

Ya, DM first, **** I would look for two of them! Jucilei and Romulo. Brazilians in Russia, let's do it!

Romulo had a bad injury though. If we are interested, I hope he is good!
