Apparently the fire brigade have been asked to send a dozen fire engines to the a derby in case they try to burn the place down after one of them tried to torch the North Sea Ferry.

 

indeed, they should all be searched for matches and other incendiary devices before they enter Newcastle.

Here's a video from last years game showing the 'convoy' as it approaches SJP.
Note, the flare throwing from their fans into ours, which of course they continued inside the ground including the one that burnt the disabled Toon fan.

Some evil looking buggers amongst them, including one or two from there board I would think.

I know one of the escorting policemen and there were multiple flares, bangers and glass bottles thrown from the Mackem crowd. If you look closely near the beginning you can also see some stuff getting thrown at the police horses too.

 

Stand back ( About a mile ) and ask yourself what an independent observer would think of this mob of thugs I have no doubt that not one of them got there wings burned

 

If you look closely at the name you will see they are in fact NAGS ( Neathanderal aggressive Geordies ) Not Mags ( More a genteel species )

 

Watch again mate..It was originally thrown into the Sunderland fans along with another one and then thrown back...

Aye they do love their flares. No better our lot throwing it back. Some of worst policing I've seen. Is this really the best they can do to get the *****ls into the ground without incident? Bit of planning needed. All you need is greater separation between the two sets of support.
