    Let him go.

He has tried holding the club over a barrell with his contract demands, he is not a naturally fit player and already slow.... whats he going to be like in 5 years time on 50k a week ffs.

He was offered a 3 year deal. At 31 he would be past his best and ready to ship out. Good move i think. He wanted 5 so Ashley told him to **** off and he has.

Everyone jumps straight on the Ashley wagon. I am glad we are standing up to player power. Nolan for £4-5m when you can get Craig Gardner for the same on less wages..... lets just get the deal done and give the cash to Birmingham for Gardner. Cabaye and him in with Nolan out, better team all round.

If Nolan stayed it would impact on the dressing room. He was always going to have to go.

Wouldnt surprise me but it's part of football. Nolan has turned down contract and WHU must have come back with a better offer and club have accepted it.

Depends on how much money we got, anything above £5m is decent money...

We'll also save roughly £5m in wages as well, so got ourselves an effective £10m if the £5m fee is correct.

We've had all this crap about judging Ashley and co. at the end of the transfer window and at the end of every transfer window we are left short on numbers/quality and he has a big fat wad of snots in his back sky.
