Naked Matth pics? Arsene Wenger isn't happy about Manchester United buying Juan Mata from Chelsea, considering the deal unfair. The French boss said: "I am surprised. Juan Mata is a great player and they sell a great player to a direct opponent. Chelsea have already played twice against Man United, they could have sold him last week." Well, yes, they might, but then he'd have been able to play against them. Oh, I see what you're saying. "I think if you want to respect the fairness for everybody, this should not happen. I can understand completely what Chelsea are doing, and they do not make the rules, but maybe the rules should be a bit more adapted for fairness." Hearing Monsieur Wenger speak almost makes one sound like a libertarian when pointing out the flaws in his logic. Both sides and the player wanted to move and agreed a price and terms - how can it possibly be unfair? What's the point of bringing in new laws against it? How would you possibly organise that?
While there is nothing wrong with the sale of players and definitely Chelsea have done f**k all wrong in this case, the loaning out of multiple players by any club to other PL teams needs to be looked into.
Dunno about that, if you sustain a long term injury to a key player it's a brilliant thing. Perhaps a limit of £20m
i wish he would shut up, i hope Arsenal do a bottle job, Chelsea have done f uck all wrong here, they've sold us Mata because we are desperate for a world-class player and a boost as well.
Open all of the time, You say that now but when Chelsea and City started bringing in players every few weeks you'd change your tune
#ArseneWhinger I didn't realise teams who play in blue were only allowed to sell to other teams that play in blue. That's actually better than the leave the window open all the time suggestion, if you've got different home colours we can't do business.
Real Madrid have already had their pick of our best players and as swansea and bolton aren't competitors at the moment we are well up for that suggestion
Wenger a mardy ****, I expect nothing less Agree with this. I have no issue with transfers happening like this, its part of the game and it happens when you have set windows. The loan deals are becoming questionable though. Never had a issue with it before but now we see clubs like Man City and Chelsea buy up a lot of the talent only to loan them out. By loaning to a English club they are strengthen teams their rivals have to face but not them. Lukaku and Barry at Everton are the perfect example, they are a completely different prospect with and without them. With them, they could give most teams a run for their money but without them, all the other top seven sides would expect to beat Everton.
True. There should be a rule that they cannot be prevented from playing their own clubs and if there is evidence of them not "trying" against their own clubs then match fixing charges should be brought. Pretty straight forward. It backfired for Chelsea as they lost to Everton anyway
