    Personally felt we needed a CB before Lovren's injury, but with up to 9 or 10 games without him I feel it becomes a priority. I'm not convinced Hooiveld or Yoshida are good enough, and Fonte - while easily our second best CB - does not look so good when he isn't next to Lovren.

    I'm worried about the extent of Fonte's "serious facial injuries". If he's got, say, a broken nose he might be out for a couple of games which puts us right up **** creek. Of all the players to thump, Dani would have to pick on our best remaining CB!
