They may have been top 10 but how close were they ever to win the league? Also, weren't they in severe debt before King of the Chavs took over, due to them buying all those expensive players and paying high wages? That could account for their artifially high league standings in the Premier league. Also lets not forget the Chavs got relegated in 1988.
I'm sorry I think i'm confusing you, I again meant that the chavs were in the top 10 of the Deloitte list before Abramovitch took over
Fair enough . I wonder how they got into the top 10 when they hadn't won the league since 1955? Did Bates put a lot of money into Chelsea?
Manchester United fan calls 999 asking for Alex Ferguson A drunk Manchester United fan called 999 "demanding" to speak to Sir Alex Ferguson after the club's defeat. Greater Manchester Police (GMP) were called at 22:30 GMT by a man from Crumpsall after the team lost to Sunderland in the Capital One Cup. GMP said it "can be sad and depressing" when a football team loses a game but asked the public to "remember that 999 is to be used for emergencies only". The force suggested contacting the club to speak to the former manager. Sure this wasn't you?
I do actually need the AA. Or whoever runs my breakdown cover. Cars just sat outside my old house, forgot about it tbh lol.
Not sure what you are laughing at. Hes going to Chelsea as part of the deal. He'll work on the Twitter side of things. Enjoy!
http://www.theshedend.com/ One Chelsea fan feels the club should compensate him because his son's favourite player was Mata and now his son is crying. He should put his son down!
That bloke who phoned 999 demanding to speak to Fergie was asked if he wanted to report a crime to which he responded : 'Yes a crime, I want to report a crime. The crime is that Man Utd looked absolutely knackered' What a ****ing tool
