Southampton FC ‏@SouthamptonFC Southampton Football Club has suspended striker Dani Osvaldo for two weeks, following an incident at the Clubâs training ground #saintsfc Oh dear.
And here's the OS article, for those who don't believe anything 'til it's on there. http://www.saintsfc.co.uk/news/article/club-statement-dani-osvaldo-1311503.aspx
He may have peed on MP's favourite tree. MP may be a tree hugger and have taken offense at that action.
Well I'd rather not speculate on what he actually did, but turning up drunk or causing damage to property might warrant that, amongst other things.
Just the type of thing we don't need with all the issues we have experienced over the past couple of weeks at boardroom level, the press will love this and can see the headlines now about the player meltdown etc etc Ahhhhhhhhh!
This guy is a clown. £16m for a player who's only really shown one moment of genuine world-class against Man City. I always have patience with players who are struggling but working really hard but I can't support Osvaldo now. J-rod wasn't amazing when he first came in but he tried hard and conducted himself as an ultimate professional - now look at him. Osvaldo has arrived under a cloud of controversy, shown no real application on the pitch and has now made a total embarrassment of the club. Let's hope West Ham bid for him. He'd fit in well with Nolan there.
