Hence, Jose knows that Moyes is completely clueless and therefore allowed the transfer to go through. There is no way in a million years Jose would have sold to Arsenal or City. It just shows how far Utd have fallen!
Yeah its all a bid odd. They don't need the money so why not sell him to somewhere like Athletico Madrid? Or maybe they do need the money and there is something we don't know. Mourinho could be underestimating United here. They won't always be stuck with this duffer
I was in the Stretford End so they can't deny it Got a dig for my troubles when Rafael missed but **** them... Tell me Ma me Ma, I won't be home for tea, we're going to Wembley!!!!!
Regardless of the long-term ramifications of us possibly not playing European football nest season, I think the result is what we needed. Now the squad have only one focus, no distractions, injuries (while still an issue) have less significance with just the PL matches to play - but most importanatly in my eyes, it saves us from a demoralising defeat fom a rampant City side, probably at a time when we just hit a good vein of form n the league.
... think you are missing one thing here ... United have played Chelsea twice - therefore Mata to United might indirectly benefit Chelsea this season if it helps galvanise United into taking crucial points off Chelsea's main rivals for the title this season - could be a very astute move ... next season might come back to haunt mind...
Do you seriously imagine that on present form we are going to progress beyond the next match. Good god, we're stuggling against pub sides at the moment, so in real terms we do have only the PL to focus on.
Moyes has less then 6 months left unless he gets top4 its that simple or he wins the lottery I mean the CL.
So you suggest we give up in the champions league then? Regardless of whether we think we can win it, and clearly on current form there's no chance, that's still a big statement to make. Give up attempting to actually win the so called biggest tournament of them all to make sure we're in it again next year. Suddenly we're Arsenal.
Haha, we'll know we've reached that point if we play an annual "Old Trafford Cup" to ensure some silverware at least!
