As I understand it, the transfer was offically green lit by the football league today, and as such he is 100% a Pompey player. However, the offical unveiling will not happen until July 1st (at which time hopefully there will be 3 or 4 more unveiled at the same time)

I reckon we should go back for Webber, cos while he would be a "new" signing, he should still be settled from this past season (and he could be quality), so doesnt really need to "gel" or whatever that nonsense is...
