But they have to cancel their USA tour losing loads of money to play their Europa qualification <ok>

  4. No they can't, they would have to win the League Cup. If the winners have already qualified then the Europa League spot goes to the next (sixth) place league side.

It's only the FA Cup where the runners-up get the spot instead.

  6. I never want Man Utd to win but I wouldn't mind if they do tonight. Means they have a distraction that is a cup final and Man City will be the favourites regardless.

Its odds on they will win the Get Moyes Out Of Jail Cup semi final, but City in a derby at Wembley will hopefully tear them a new arsehole.<ok>

  8. As I said, its a distraction too <ok>

It would also be funny to see the mancs suddenly claiming the League Cup to be a trophy worth winning after all the **** they gave us.

There's nothing more certain than they will claim that but they'll somehow still come up with a reason why ours successes in the competition don't count.<laugh>

Really looking forward to getting Suso back,I'm a bit luke warm on the Assman <ok>

    #4877
  18. I really want Suso to come good but I don't want us to pin our hopes on him either. We should look at our first team and look to improve regardless of how he's done in Spain. If he is good enough then he will raise to the top.
