Looks like Forest will sign Danny Graham within the next day or two. I know he's been having a tough time of it of late, but I remember him having a prolific season last time he played in the championship. Could be a coup by Billie Davis. Could Danny have played alongside Austin? Got a feeling he could of! Thoughts...........
I posted last week that everyone seems to be stealing a march on us. The sooner we get someone in the sooner they can start scoring / contributing. Look at Wells. I just hope it's not a last minute set of panic transfers. Danny Graham would have been a useful signing IMO.
Who knows, it just might turn out to be a very shrewd move by BD, but I did open the link with trepidation hoping that it wasn't us that were signing him... not one to fill you with excitement really given his recent form.
Danny Graham is a pile of **** & a party boy hence no prem club wants him & Swansea weren't too fussed to get shot . Personally delighted we haven't gone after him!
Totally agree. Happy to stay clear of this one. reckon its as shrewd a signing for billy davis as mackie was (that looks like a good sale now but no one seems to mention it). I dont think leaving it late will be panic buying by us. Its actually nice to see us not taking over the transfer window for once. One or two signings in the right areas will set us up nicely for the rest of the season .
Ha ha ha. Danny Graham is a figure of fun and mockery in our house, poor lad. I have no idea if he was ever any good, but he's the striker who does not get on the score sheet when Hull Tigers score 6 now.
I'm surprised no ones mentioned Kevin Phillips, someone usually does. Devon White appeared on twitter yesterday, maybe give him a go?
Graham is now a serial failure. A new manager may be able to resurrect his goal-scoring prowess but it would be a big gamble. He seems devoid of confidence and has completely lost his touch. Right now, I wouldn't touch him with a barge pole. I think we can do much better and we're lucky to have missed out on him when Warnock was after him.
