Ripping off the title from Sliding Doors, do you think DJ Campbell gets in from work on a Saturday, sticks MOTD on, and then regrets not skipping lunch that day? Now loaned to Millwall having scored even less this season than Danny Graham has.

I'd like to know where he went for lunch and what he had before I make a decision.

Well he ended up in Lancashire, so unless he went for one of Betty's hotpots it's probably fair to say the lunch wasn't as good as the Yorkshire version would have been.

of concern is that our Brucey ever considered him in the first place! Certainly one to upset the current 'togetherness' in the squad. Thank you Blackburn!

Oh I thought this was a Winter Olympics thread about skiers....

I suspect players like DJ get in after a game and can't believe they're getting paid 15-35k (No idea what his wages are) a week, more than the average annual wage for the majority of people and how lucky they are for their "gift".

Good post Ricardo, I don't think he'll be happy just getting paid, he'll be pissed off for trying to be clever and screwing it up.

Heard a betting expert on radio recently suggesting that EPL games were so finely scrutinised it would be very hard to affect games for betting purposes.

Michael Johnson ex Man City player is probably the finest example of a ruined career that promised so much.

He looked brilliant a few years ago but apparently he's happier now than he was playing

Every time a kick-off is hoofed out of play (and I think we did it recently) I think to myself what a wonderful day.

    Sorry about that - no I don't.

Instead, I think to myself has someone just done that to appease some betting syndicate that's put a large wager on when the first throw-in
    will be taken ?

We did do it recently and I did think that. Just don't understand the point of it.

Toby Ajala was supposed to be **** hot. Well, apparently not. Trevor Benjamin's career always makes for interesting reading.

DJ Campbell and Millwall are suited to each other.

Stuart Green and Nick Barmby do.

Can't think when we've last benefited from it other than those two games back to back in L1 though.
