What with that and some of our Eastern European friends trying their damndest to recreate the 1980s Merseyside look (though thankfully without the perms and taches) I do wonder if we haven't taken libertarianism a bit far and should have some kind of compulsory uniform for those who cannot be trusted to dress appropriately.
