That article is just plain wrong. Who the hell wrote that?! "Announced" - Lenhart has never been announced by the club in any way, shape or form. "Just hours" - Hours of their original report? No lads, he was already gone when you wrote your first one earlier today. F - MUST DO BETTER
Simon Williams has never given quotes like that out. He's the website editor and programme designer. I'd be surprised if that came from him. Jordan Sibley, maybe, but doesn't seem like the sort of thing a club employee would say before an announcement.
I didn't see this article come up in the avalanche of negativity last week but it is from the same guy, with some extra detail and once again quotes from a mysterious spokesperson. (edit: a senior figure) http://www.sportsdirectnews.com/pre...pton-pochettino-to-forfeit-4m-if-he-quits.php and he's posted his phone number on twitter with his fat fingers.
Thanks for that. Interesting read. I'd misled my self reading the recent article in on prozone. I detect you're not an SCW Fan!
I think he'd have had a place as a performance director but he thought he was going to manage the england football team. I thought more favourably of him before Clifford spilled his guts about how the man didn't measure up to his legend.
Would recommend his autobiography though (which I suspect was heavily penned by someone else). An inspiring read and very much about the 'team'.

the oilers are a joke of the NHL, no one wants to sign there and they've been in the bottom six for the past five years despite getting the best player in the draft most years. looks like to me he was only hired as her a native German speaker.
This is from the Edmonton Journal over here http://blogs.edmontonjournal.com/20...-is-going-to-work-for-an-english-soccer-team/
What the **** is this guy being employed for exactly? Seems to me like he has a big ego, is likely going to want to interfere, and yet he is clueless about football.
Edmonton is a horrible organization whose problems are way bigger than Krueger or any coach could have fixed, so I wouldn't count that against him. It's a rather bizarre appointment, but it may not be a big deal. I don't think it's a bad idea to have an outside-the-box guy for creative input and his multi-lingual ability could be useful to KL. I would be a lot more worried if he were hired as director of football or something, but it sounds like he doesn't even have a formal position or even a contract and is just serving as an advisor/aide to KL and that she'll be hiring a few more. So if she's got say, three good soccer guys and Krueger as advisors and we get a good Cortese replacement I don't really see a problem there.
But when I got contacted a while back, it seemed like an interesting offer … It just felt right to me. Is that Canadian/German for last week??? or was he contacted an 'English....while back'?
