Emailed bet365 to complain and they eventually got back to me yesterday and couldn't offer an explanation but offered me €100 cash into my account as a "gesture of good will" !! Yeah easy for them 100 instead of my cash out which was 1249.83 before Liverpool kicked off!! Still p*ssed off with them

Never heard of them. Didn't really think I'd have a leg to stand on even though I sent them screenshot of me at the final stage of cash out process.. i.e. Where you press confirm. There was just a wee loading circle thing below it all the time. Bet365 said it was probably a connection problem but I tried on both my phone and my tablet and I was able to place a bet on the draw during the match which I did. Would these guys be any use? Wouldn't consider it only it's such a sum of money to be honest!
IBAS have the power to get your money --bet 365 will be a member--its all down to the info you give, the 'explanation' they give--but its a peril of internet betting--with a paper slip there is a time, and a paper trail-- for what its worth i had some hassle last week with my winning bet --the bookie was trying to say there was a 30p rule 4--even though i put my bet on ten minutes after the withdrawl--they claimed betting was suspended on their market--so i was paid out at SP--a huge shortner--got in touch with IBAS --the next day the bookie said they had examined it again and agreed to pay on the original price--claimed a computer problem had caused the issue!! you claim on line with IBAS
