Just looking at the Ramirez/Lovren situations, I would guess that Lovren would recover fairly quickly. If you watch the action [on Saints player], there isn't an obvious moment where he becomes injured, unless it is where he swings his leg, possibly jarring it. Ramirez's injury is all too obvious, and he'll be out depending the flexibility of his ankle.
Croatian article appearing on line which - I think - suggests a 3-4 week absence http://hns-cff.hr/news/3320/lovren-nekoliko-tjedana-izvan-terena/
Not just any Croatian article, it's on the Croatian football association website, so you'd like to think it's fairly credible.
That's how things start to go wrong...can think you have cover and suddenly the tea lady gets a game.

Excellent analysis. And Hoover alluded to it in an interview, which backs it up. I also have a memory (possibly something posted on here) of José saying something about it being partly his fault as well. I remember thinking at the time that that kind of team spirit (all taking some blame) will take us far. Vin
It annoys me how secretive the club are when it comes to injuries. Prime example today, when the first news we hear about Lovren's injury comes from Croatia.
