Until just the next round of fixtures when we have Liverpool-United, then next month Spurs-Chelsea-City-Everton with 3/4 of those games being away, and the only home one vs City. We should beat Spurs, think we will lose VS Chelsea, get a draw at Everton, and with City, could go either way with a loss, win, or draw.
Well, Everton have now taken the lead, and that seems them jump up the Spuds and Liverpool into fourth place.
Everton blew their chance to get into the top four, and to be fair, they did not deserve to win. It was a terrible game.
Everton bottled that. Still the game against them is probably going to be our 2nd hardest in our remaining Prem fixtures. They are nigh unbreakable at home.
So reading the Arsenal board makes me obsessed? I am interested in what is happening at your club, so I read your board. That isn't the same as looking at the Arsenal angle to everything that happens to Spurs. This is an open forum, I can go where I like (within the rules of the board). I do spend 90% of my time on the spurs board and 5% on this and the Chelsea board. If that's obsessed, then so be it always?
Apparently Ozil is **** and we should have bought Eriksen instead http://www.dailymail.co.uk/sport/football/article-2543106/Mesut-Ozil-talent-Arsenal-signed-Christian-Eriksen-instead-ADRIAN-DURHAM.html Glad he's there to tell us these things
I really do wonder if anyone read's articles like that and takes them seriously. Clearly anti-Arsenal fans will smile and laugh and enjoy it. But I'm thinking no-one who's actually unbiased will read it and think it's worth anything as a piece of journalism... will they? Do the anti-Arsenal fans even think it's worth anything as a piece of journalism? I've never really heard or read of anything Adrian Durham has done before but all that article has achieved with me is given me the opinion that I now know I'll never need to bother reading anything he has to say again as he can't get past bias in his writing. Therefore his writing is worthless. He might lean back and think, "yeah, I've got people flustered and talking". But much like McNulty on the BBC... I'm not really sure people talk about them that much, they just think they're poor journalists. And the Daily Mail pays for his articles... hmm... does anyone buy that paper either?
So Eriksen has 3 goals and 3 assists, and Ozil has 4 goals and 8 assists, and apparently Eriksen is playing well whereas Ozil is playing badly. So, question for the class; how many more assists and goals than Eriksen will Ozil have, when he starts playing well? Durham! Durham! Wake up boy! If you don't pay attention, you are going to get a lousy job, and no one is going to respect you when you grow up!
I see Paul Ince has got the sack at another club. He is so ****, it's untrue. One of the worst managers I have ever seen.
Eriksen was out for a good few games and AVB didn't fancy him. He is a good player. Not as good as Ozil, obviously. He's not ususally kind to Spurs, his name is mud on our board.
It's not even goals or assists that's the difference between Ozil and Eriksen. Anyone that watches Ozil week in week out will you tell that the guy is just pure quality and I loved Wenger's quote about him the other day. That's the thing about Ozil, he is always searching for that killer forward pass and is never one to just keep passing it sideways, slowly but surely he will find the right pass and that opens up the game for us.
Looks like City are going to hand out another trashing tonight. Their fire power is ridiculous. Just hope for our sake, the Spuds can stop them next week or we just might seem them runaway with the league.
