So just to confirm, If Red bull got 598pts and won the championship and say Williams got 9 points -Red Bull would have the 'best car' -Williams would be the 'best team' as they got 4 points more that 2013 whilst Red Bull only go 2 points more? Is it on points increase/decrease or as a percentage increase/decrease?
For best team / worst team will be based on the place they finish compared to last year. So for example if Williams finished 2nd in the WCC this season they would be classified as the most improved 'best' compared to last season, or if Red Bull finished 7th in the WCC they would be the 'worst' compared with 1st in the WCC they had in 2013. The reason for this is because teams have different budgets and so have different levels of manpower. So it should be based on improvement or getting worse respective to last season to be classified best or worse. The best car is just an old basic of total points of both cars.
