Sell him ? What a load of rubbish and crap some papers print !

The Chairman has issued a statement saying that Asamoah Gyan IS NOT FOR SALE.

This stunt smacks of old 'Arry and his barrow boy tactics trying to unsettle a player that he is jealous of. 'Arry would do well to take the Aston Villa job, they are as bent as a nine bob note as well - the pair would be well suited!

    Don't deal with crooks !

Uhm, to be fair, Quinn never said at any point that Gyan is not for sale. He just said that the E-mails are untrue.

Even if Sunderland aren't pro-actively trying to sell a player, he could still be sold.

Contracts are worth nowt, and words are cheap. We will see, if he goes hope we get a good price.

Not saying I told y'all already, but this has been in the pipeline for some time. Refer to Player of the Year Awards thread from about a month ago, I had the chance to talk to Gyan about his SAFC future, and he did seem verr non-commital.

EDIT: Found what I was referring to

He is going nowhere as he is under contract and cannot break it with out a ban from playing.
