Surely the fat, ugly, she-devil, know nothing, DREAM WRECKER! isn't going to make another sensible decision about the clubs future.... ....I thought they said she'd be the next Vincent Tan...
Seems like she will be making a very informed, well judged appointment. Doesn't seem the attitude of a woman who "doesn't care about the club" and "wants to sell immediately".
Have to remember, to an extent, SFC is part of her dad's legacy. She will have known that he loved it and so will not want to damage it, or ruin his legacy.
Still could sell but only to the right people. As DTLW same she doesn't want to destroy her dad's dream.
John Williams set to take Southampton chief executive role Southampton owner Katharina Liebherr will meet the club's staff on Monday as she prepares to name a chief executive, with former Blackburn chairman John Williams the clear frontrunner to take charge at St Mary's. bbc web
At the very least this guy will know how to express our concerns about referees, and perhaps even which desk to leave the brown paper bag full of cash under.
Maybe our chief executives had to fight a PR battle for the job. Cortese lost the dual....Arise Sir Williams Sounds like a very good appointment from the Blackburn players testimonies and probably the type of personality the club needs. A fan which is definitely a bonus. Of course he was in charge at Blackburn to find a buyer. I know he didn't wish for the Venky's but that was part of his remit and I wonder if it would be the case for Saints.
To be fair to John, he was there from 1998 until 2011, so wasn't exactly brought in just to oversee the sale.

My favourite John Williams music is this. It's utter genius composition. Practically worthy of Mozart and Gershwin combined:
I have to admit I knew virtually nothing about him before today, although I do remember him leaving Blackburn. Have to say it is very rare you here such glowing praise for a Chief Exec in football with hardly any negatives.
