I would assume that Draxler is vital to Schalkes' aspirations this season. Unless the money offered is good and they are prepared to bite the bullet (which may be so if given the claims about buying back Holtby) .
Lol. In my defence, Eriksen just proved today the gulf in class between the two. He'd make an ok back up to the Great Dane but I think we have more than enough options now in the midfield areas, especially with Bentaleb's emergence.

I did see that, and I'm not worried at all. Lets see the reality of what top players want to go to the sinking old trafford ship. I've been watching this for a couple of seasons now and top names were snubbing United interest even with fergie there, obviously thinking he won't be there long. Imo all the top names have got their United bargepoles at the ready, what MU have done in the past is irrelevant now, their future couldn't be more uncertain, staring at no CL next year. United atm are not an attractive option.

Baines is a great example of a non-mercenary player. Knows of United's interest, could probably play for any club in the world, yet just signed a new contract with Everton at the age of 28/29

So their only means of spiteful retaliation was trying to eff up any move for Coentrao etc (trying to tie in his sale in with the Bale deal - when Spurs wanted them separate) .
Can't blame him after seeing what has happened to Fellani and Moyes! But you're right he has a loyal attitude not just to the club but Martinez. Also if he moved and Moyes was sacked, leaves him in an uncertain position. Evertons other full back Coleman is the one Everton may struggle to keep as Coleman is a superb attacking young full back. Would love to see him with us! Just expect bigger clubs to move in soon.
In all fairness, he may feel better off at Everton for the immediate future and signing a new contract just means more of a pay-rise for players these days rather than terms of extending their stay. I've always felt Martinez is a superb manager and I think the project he's starting at Everton is an exciting one and one that a lot of players would want to be apart of. Utd, although still one of the biggest and best clubs to play for are looking so short on confidence at the moment that it's not looking too enticing to join in January. Morale is low, results are well below par and it's clear for many to see that the no Fergie factor is proving just how average many of their players are.
Based on Walker's last season's form I'd have agreed with you but I think Kyle has stepped up big time this season, he's back to his 11/12 form and so RB is a position I feel we don't need to strengthen.
Coleman is just a player I personally rate and wasn't actually suggesting we go out and dump walker! just Coleman is more dynamic and overall better then Walker, yet Walker is improving and no we won't be looking to sign a right full back.
Ah right. Thought you meant you wanted him pal. Agree with you that Coleman's better though. Would probably suit our style perfectly but I think Everton would want a good £15m-£20m for him and deservedly so based on recent form.
Would have been nice to see us going for another striker, especially after Defoe leaving, but it looks as though we'll be doing no more business. Hope it doesn't come back to bite Levy on the arse. Not that he'll care, of course, as he'll simply blame Sherwoodie and sack him.
