Laudrup and Huw need to pull their heads out of their ****ing arses. Over 60% possession and three nil down! If we dont sign new players and quickly we are in big trouble.
Great goal by Bony! Wish Laudrup would show some ****ing enthusiasm on his arse and encourage the players to push on!
And now Routledge has got a knock. Just bring Taylor on and close up shop, let's not have our GD made worse...injuries have ruined this season, I'd be happy if we can just stay up. I'd drop Chico if we didn't have to play bloody Amat in midfield too. Laudrup has to get someone in by the end of the month and while I usually defend him, he should've picked a bigger squad. Ki, Agustein and Moore should've been retained. If we go down, or even if we narrowly avoid it, I think he has to shoulder a lot of the blame for an underwhelming season. Wasn't expecting getting a result today but this is ridiculous and the defenders are an embarrassment. I don't care if it means another non-win, I'd be happy if we just played the youth team against Birmingham next weekend, we need to preserve everyone for the league game against Fulham.
For me the performance today was more important than the result as we were playing a side with top 4 ambition. However the performance has gone tits up like the score board.
As foe defenders, neither Ash or Chico are really as good as we need them to be. They both have moments where they do something great, but they have more moments where they are pants. This result is ruining my holiday in the Philippines.....
Absolutely shocking performance sorry. I'm even coming round to Dai's thinking that Laudrup should be sacked. Loosing 3-0 get one back and no subs. Ben is very poor and Taylor needs to be back in the side bloody quickly.
No no no no no no no! Sack laudrup! Listen to yourselves!! If we lose all of our upcoming games in Feb then I may lose faith. But didn't expect much today
Well not many of us expected to win this one but the way it went first half was uber frustrating, we should have been in front and then who knows. Got to pick ourselves up and focus on the real job, our next four league games. We'll really know if we're in the poop or not after those - injuries back and possible signings as well.
If we lose all of them games we are down! We have to win 4 of the next 5 league games for me and bollocks to the Europa League
WHY didn't Laudrup make a substitution were losing the poxy game. At least get a forward on to change things. Plus one thing as well, Taylor need to be back in instead of Ben. The lads getting to be a liability, his main job is to defend, he goes forward we lose the ball and he jogs back hence the third goal.
I lost count how mant times I saw Leon defending at left back today because Ben was nowhere to be seen.
Put a kids team out against Napoli were not going to win it, PL is priority. We need to beat Fulham, Cardiff & West Ham. If we do that then we will be OK, lose one and were still be OK, but two and we'll be ****ed.
Leon must be wondering what the hell is going on, poor sods doing all the dog work clearing other peoples 5hit up.
Probably because he looked at the bench and thought, no I'll stick. Because of the lack of quality. we're playing a CB I'm midfield mind you that shows how little options we have ATM
no time for knee jerk reactions - our squad is threadbare at the moment so who could Laudrup have brought on to change the game - Vasquez!? we played well in the 1st half and had another clear penalty turned down. OG at the start of the 2nd half and our heads go down against a quality side, very frustrating but thats how it was. For me we will see what Laudrups worth in the games coming up against the sides around us AND in the transfer market cos we desperately need some quality midfielders and another striker but i for one back him all the way. the one positive today - Bony, worked really hard and deserved his goal
