hmm....says Katharina introduced Cortese to Markus originally. I wouldn't be surprised if they owned the Mountain. So it's plausible one of her children could like football and the club. Not a bad inheritance

There was a misinterpretation of what Poch said, he said he been in conversation with Ms L five minutes ago, the actual conversation was about 45 minutes in duration.
oddly though his translator got that once and then a couple of times later said it was only a 5 minute meeting.

He repeatedly said a five minute meeting, in the press conference and in the BBC interview. I don't think that was a misinterpretation. Much more likely that the "five minutes ago" line (which was only said once) was the incorrect version.
I don't think it was a misinterpretation either. It was a brush off line. MP is hardly going to say we have spoken in depth for 46 and three quarter minutes where we laid plans for Southampton next 5 years. It's a case of 'we only spoke for 5 minutes, next question please'

Given the choice, I'd be more inclined to believe Pochettino. They're not necessarily mutually exclusive though. The press conference was on Thursday, they could have had a more detailed meeting since then. Pochettino said yesterday they still hadn't discussed the future, but it's still possible they met after the match or this morning.
